When you download Proactio (or any app) from the App Store or Google Play Store, you are only getting permission (a "license") to use the app. You're not buying the app outright. This license is based on your acceptance of this agreement.
This license lets you use the app on any device that you own or control, in line with usage rules. You're not allowed to copy, modify or create spin-offs of the app, except where the law or the agreement permits.
We collect and use minimal technical information about your device, and your usage of the app, to provide updates, support, and other services. Click here to read the full privacy policy.
This agreement is valid until it's ended by you or the maker of Proactio. If you break any of its rules, your license will end automatically.
The app maker doesn't promise that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. If something goes wrong, they won't be liable for any loss or damage you might suffer from using the app, unless the law says otherwise.
The app and any associated documents are commercial items. If you're a U.S. Government user, you have the same rights as everyone else.
This agreement is governed by the laws of California, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Santa Clara, California. If you're not a U.S. citizen or accessing the app from outside the U.S., different laws and courts may apply depending on your home country.
